The estate

Une poursuite incessante de l'excellence

The Perrot-Minot estate extends over 8 hectares of vineyards, embracing the most prestigious terroirs from Nuits-Saint-Georges to Gevrey-Chambertin.

Its identity unfolds through an unwavering pursuit of excellence, from the vineyard to the cellar, where rigor and precision are the guiding principles. The collective’s overarching ambition rests on this shared vision of strictness, excellence, and the humility necessary for crafting great wines.

The story begins in the vineyards, where attentive listening and a deep understanding of the plant guide every gesture at the opportune moment, without artifice. The transition to organic farming is the natural choice in an intimate quest to extract grapes with ideal texture, vibrant luminosity, profound authenticity, and perfect balance.

For Christophe Perrot-Minot, this organic path is the only way to offer wines of clarity, transparency, and intense luminosity.

The estate’s goal is not overproduction but to push the boundaries of selection, even at the cost of sacrificing kilograms of grand cru.

Within the team, the focus is never on the cost of rejects. The sole ambition is to push sorting to its highest level, retaining only the best grapes without hesitation. A crucial step in approaching excellence, a perpetual quest for aesthetic perfection.
